认知询问技术有效性实验研究

摘　　要：刑事侦查中证人的作用毋庸置疑,但现实中证人发挥的作用却不尽人意,这使得人们开始追求更有效而科学的询问方法。认知询问技术包括背景重构、报告所有回忆、改变回忆顺序、改变回忆角度四个核心方法。它以心理学为基础,强调询问人员应帮助证人更好地进行回忆,为侦查活动提供更多更准确的信息。本文采用实验的方法,统计、验证该方法的可行性及有效性,以期为之后的研究提供更为可靠的数据和参考意见。There is no doubt about the role of witnesses in criminal investigations, but it no avail. It makes people have begun to pursue more effective and scientific inquiry methods.Cognitive interview techniques include four core methods：background reconstruction, report all memories, changing the recall order and change the angle.h based on psychological theory, emphasized that staff should be asked to help witnesses to better memory which can provide more accurate information for the investigation.This paper will statistics and verify its feasibility and effectiveness by experiments, with a view to provide a more reliable data and reference for the researchs later.
