摘 要:用最大泡压法探讨了十二烷基多苷(APG)的表面张力,对比常见表面活性剂LAS、AES的表面张力,及APG与LAS、AES复配后的表面活性。结果表明,只要加入少量APG,就能显著降低体系的表面张力,且在质量配比为1∶1时,复配体系在低浓度范围内的表面活性更高。采用在水溶液中溶解振荡观察分层时间的方法,考察并对比了APG、LAS、AES、FAS及APG与之复配后的乳化能力。当APG-AES质量配比为1∶1时,乳化能力显著增强,且在质量浓度低至0.075%时,乳化能力最佳。The surface tension of dodecyl polyglucosides was studied by the maximum bubble pressure method. The surface tension of linear alkyl benzene sulfonate salt (LAS) and fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES) was compared. The surface activity of dodecyl polyglucosides compounded with LAS and AES was also researched. The results showed that the surface tension of system could be decreased significantly through adding a small amount of dodecyl polyglucosides. In addition, when the mass ratio was 1 : 1, the surface activity of complex system was higher in the low concentration range. Emulsifying capacity of dodecyl polyglucosides, LAS, AES, FAS and dodecyl polyglucosides compounded with LAS, AES and FAS were studied by separation time of water solution. When the mass ratio of dodecyl polyglucosides to AES was 1 : 1, emulsifying capacity enhanced, and when the concentration was 0.075%, emulsifying capacity was the best.
