摘　　要：压缩机功率和排气量是其性能测试的主要内容,为减小教学实验用压缩机的功率和降低压缩机的噪音,并方便该装置在实验室中搬迁和移动,选择一种小型、可移动的活塞空压机作为测试对象,代替原有的立式水冷压缩机,并配套开发了相关的仪器和测试软件。实验结果表明,效果良好,能很好满足实验教学要求。The main aspects of compressor performance testing include power and displacement.Instead of vertical water-cooled compressor at present,a small and mobile piston type air compressor was tested in order to decrease power and noise of compressor and move expediently in the laboratory,and the correlative instruments and testing software were developed.Experimental results indicate that the experimental device possesses better effects and can meet the need of experimental teaching.
