摘　　要：介绍了苏州大学文正学院综合型实验教学中心10年来以科学发展观建设实验室的方法,其特点是摒弃了传统的机构设置、人员管理、实验室管理和实验室建设模式,探索出了一种更科学的机构设置、人员管理、实验室管理和实验室建设模式。实践证明这种模式提高了实验室、实验仪器设备的利用率和实验室管理人员工作效率,提升了人才培养的质量。The method of development of integrated experimental centre in Wenzheng College of Suchow University by Scientific Outlook on Development which has been always fulfilled for ten years is introduced herein.The method abandons traditional pattern which includes administrative setup,staff management,laboratory management,laboratory construction,etc.It＇s proved that the way has effectively raised the utilization ratio of laboratories and instruments.The work efficiency of laboratory managers and the quantity of training talents are increased as well.
