摘　　要：高校实验室安全管理是高校实验室正常运转的重要保障,与师生员工的人身安全、财产安全以及高校师生赖以生存的环境息息相关。该文运用SWOT分析法,对高校实验室安全管理的内部环境和外部环境进行了全面而深入的分析,并基于该分析提出了高校实验室安全管理的若干对策。The laboratory safety management in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for laboratory work.It is closely related to the personal and property safety of the staff,teachers and students working or doing researches in the laboratory.The SWOT analysis method is introduced to analyze,in a comprehensive and in-depth way,the internal and external environments of laboratory safety management;and based on this analysis,a number of countermeasures are put forward for the laboratory safety management.
