摘　　要：介绍了河北师范大学化学与材料科学学院在管好用好大型仪器设备,提高大型仪器设备的利用率方面所采取的措施,提出了在大型仪器设备集中管理模式下,完善管理制度,重视大型仪器设备管理技术队伍的建设并提高其综合素质,实现大型仪器设备的资源共享等措施建议。这些措施极大地提高了大型仪器的管理水平和利用率。This paper puts forward some methods about how to improve the management and utilization ratio of large-scale instruments.The measures include the perfecting management system by realizing the centralized management of the large-scale instruments,paying more attention to the building of the large-scale instruments management team and improving their management skills,and achieving a large-scale resource sharing of large-scale instruments in our university.These measures will greatly improve the management and utilization ratio of large-scale instruments.
