摘　　要：地方院校城市规划专业的扩招加剧了城市规划产学研合作的困难,在规范地方院校城市规划专业办学的同时,争取地方政府的政策、资金和项目支持,发挥城市规划协会的中介服务作用和充分利用校办企业或与校外企业共同组建合作机构,切实搭建城市规划专业教学实践平台,是培养专业合格人才的重要途径。The increase enrollment and expansion in urban planning of local colleges and universities add the difficulties in the cooperation among production,learning and research in the urban planning discipline.Besides to standardize the level of running urban planning discipline,the essential ways to cultivate the qualified professionals for the local colleges and universities are to get the supports from the local governments in policies,finance and projects,to perform the intermediary service function of urban planning fellowship,to take use of the school-run enterprises or theirs cooperative office with other enterprises outside school,and to build the teaching practice platform in urban planning.
