摘　　要：在资助高校贫困生过程中,会出现一些侵害贫困生隐私权现象。常见的侵权行为主要来自于高校、资助人、新闻媒体和银行。贫困生隐私权保护涉及到贫困生隐私权与高校管理权、公共利益、公众知情权、新闻自由、资助人及银行债权之间的冲突和衡量。保护贫困生的权利应该坚持利益衡量原则,重点提高高校、资助人、银行、新闻媒体及贫困生的隐私权保护意识。There are a lot of cases that do harm to the poor university students＇ privacy right during the process of subsidizing.The main tort acts come from universities,subsidizers,the press and bank.The key problems of legal protection are the conflicts and balance between the poor student＇s privacy right and university＇s administrate right,freedom of the press,common interests,the right of knowing,contract rights.The principle of interest balance must be obeyed for the protection of the poor students＇ privacy right.The sense of legal protection must be strengthened by universities,subsidizers,the press and the poor students.
