摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,高校图书馆在期刊管理工作中面临着越来越严峻的挑战。本文从分析读者阅读心理,提高馆员素质和纸质期刊向电子期刊的转化等方面加以探究。With the development of network technology, the periodical management of university library faces more and more severe challenges. This paper discussed the periodical management from the aspects of analyzing readers＇ reading psychology, improving librarian quality and promoting the transformation from paper periodical to eleetronie periodical.
