摘  要:证据严格评鉴能力的培养是开展循证护理实践的核心与关键,通过对国内外证据严格评鉴培训现状的比较,阐述了加强其培训的必要性,建议以高等护理教育阶段单篇文献的评鉴能力培养作为起点,在此基础上将机构性的大规模原始证据评鉴活动与临床工作者高等级证据利用相结合,来推动循证实践活动的发展。The training of evidences evaluation ability is the core and the key for unfolding of evidence-based nursing practice.Through comparison on the training status quo of rigorous evaluation at home and in abroad,it expounded the essentiality to strengthen their training.It proposed that one should begin with training on evaluation ability of single-piece literature in the stage of advanced nursing education.Based on that,one should combine large-scale institutional evaluation activities of the original evidences with using of high-grade evidences of clinical staffs,so as to promote the development of evidence-based nursing practice.
