摘　　要：物流成本是以物流活动的整体为对象的,是唯一基础性的、可以共同使用的基本数据。物流成本管理是企业物流管理的核心,生产企业通过对物流成本的有效管理,可以有效推动物流合理化进程,提高生产企业的经济效益。目前,由于我国生产企业物流管理水平较低,物流成本较高,需要采取相应措施加以应对。the logistics cost is the whole logistics activity,is only for the use of the basic,the basic data.The logistics cost management is the core of enterprise logistics management,production enterprise based on the effective management of the logistics cost,can effectively promote rationalize logistics process,improve the production enterprises economic benefit.At present,due to our production enterprise logistics management level is low,the logistics cost is higher,the author thinks that need to take corresponding measures to tackle.
