摘　　要：案例教学法是目前实践证明行之有效的一种教学方法。分析了传统《物流客户管理》课程教学中存在的问题,针对这些问题,引入案例教学法,并具体阐述了案例教学法在该课程的应用过程,提出了应用中需注意的问题。Case Teaching Method is a teaching method which has been proved effective in practice.After analyzing the traditional teaching methods of Logistical Customer Management and figuring out the existing problems,the article particularly demonstrates how Case Teaching Method is applied in this course and suggests the problems to which should be paid attention in practice.
