摘　　要：首先说明GIS实验室在培养创新型人才中的重要地位,然后从GIS实验室基础设施建设、GIS实验体系建设、GIS实验室组织及管理模式等3个方面详细阐述创新型人才培养中的GIS实验室的运维改革的主要内容。实践表明,通过努力GIS专业学生的实践和创新能力大大提高。The importance of the GIS laboratory in China on innovative talents training is analyzed.On this ba-sis,the operation reformation contents of the GIS laboratory are expounded in detail,including the GIS laboratory’s infrastructure construction,construction of laboratory knowledge architecture,scheme of organization and management.The GIS laboratory of CSUFT has been reformed to improve the GIS students’professional skill and innovative ability.
