噻吗洛尔滴眼液对LASIK术后屈光回退的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨噻吗洛尔滴眼液对准分于激光原位角膜磨馕术（LASIK）术后屈光回退的治疗效果。方法2007年8章至2008年8月在我院屈光手术中心接受LASIK手术治疗的近视821例（1621眼），随访1年余。发生屈光回退者有54例（88眼）。随机分为2组：一组使用0．25％马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液进行治疗，另一组（即埘照组）使用0．1％普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。治疗时间均为3个月，治疗结束后将两组的各项指标（视力提高行数、眼压变化程度）进行分析比较：结果视力提高行数：噻吗洛尔组视力提高1～4行，平均（3．17±1．16）行；对照组提高-2～2行，平均（-0．12±0．93）行，两组差异有统计学意义（t=5．46，P〈0．01）。眼压变化：噻吗洛尔组眼压下降2～6mmHg，平均（4．084-0．34）mmHg，对照组眼压下降-1～1mmHg，平均（0．23±0．38）mmHg；两组差异何统计学意义（t=11．16，P〈0．01）．结论0．25％马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液对LASIK术后的屈光回退具有明显的治疗效果，是一种简单、易行、有效的治疗厅法。Objective To analyze the effect of Timolol eyedrops on refractive regression after laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK）. Methods Eighty-eight eyes of 54 patients with post-operative refractive regression from a population of 821 patients （ 1621 eyes） who had undergone a LASIK procedure and had been followed up for at least one year were included in this study. The eyes were divided into two groups and for three months：one group was both groups underwent treatment treated with 0. 25% Timolo eye drops and the other group （ control group） was treated with 0.1% Pranoprofen eye drops. Visual acuity and intraocular pressure were measured in the two groups after the eye drop administration and the results were compared. Results The improvement in visual acuity for the group treated with Timolol eye drops showed a variation of 1 N4 lines with an average change of （3. 17 ± 1. 16）lines and the change in visual acuity for the control group showed a variation of - 2 - 2 lines,with an average change of （ - 0.12 ± 0.93 ） lines. There was a significant difference between the two groups （t = 5.46,P 〈0. 01 ）. The intraocular pressure（lOP） of the group treated with Timolol eye drops showed a decrease that ranged from 2 6 mmHg, with an average decrease of （4.08 ± 0.34） mmHg. The change in the lOP of the control group ranged from - 1 - 1 mmHg, with an average drop of （0.23 ± 0.38 ） mmHg. There was a significant difference between the IOPs of the two groups （t = 11. 16 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion 0.25% Timolol eye drops are an effective agent for treating eyes with refractive regression after LASIK for myopia correction. It is a simple,easy,and effective treatment.
