高龄患者气管造瘘口边缘原发性鳞状细胞癌1例

摘　　要：原发于头颈部癌以鳞癌常见，然而，原发于气管造瘘口边缘鳞状细胞癌较少见，我科2009年收治一名92岁高龄患者气管造瘘口边缘原发性鳞状细胞癌，应用分子靶向治疗取得了较好的疗效，现就这一病例作一个案报导，供大家参考。Squamous cell carcinoma is common in the head and neck cancer ,however, primary squamous cell carcinoma at the edge ol tracheal stoma is rare, admitted to our department in 2009, a 92-year-old patient with primary tracheal stoma edge squamous cell carcinoma, molecular targeted therapy has achieved good effect, is to make a case on this case report, for reference.
