摘 要:图像处理技术已应用于生产、生活的方方面面。设计了一种图像测量技术,成功应用于电线电缆绝缘层参数测量系统。第一步,标定显微镜放大倍数,通过CCD摄像头将电线电缆绝缘层切片图像采集到计算机中;第二步,进行数字图像处理,如中值波滤处理、二值化处理、基于相位信息的边缘检测处理等,得到绝缘层边缘图像;第三步,根据放大倍数求得绝缘层厚度等参数。测试结果表明,相对于原始测量方法,本系统能够快速精确地测量绝缘层参数。Image processing finds use in every aspect of production and daily life.An image measuring system was designed and used successfully in parameter measurement of the cable insulation.This method consists of the follow-ing steps.First,the amplification coefficient of the microscope shall be calibrated and the image of the insulation shall be taken up by a CCD camera and memorized in the computer.Second,the image shall be pre-processed,in-cluding median filtering,binary transformation and edge detection based on phase information,to obtain the edge im-age of the insulation.Third,the parameters such as insulation thickness shall be calculated according to the amplifi-cation coefficient.Test result indicated that compared with the traditional measuring method,the image measuring system can measure parameters of the insulation faster and more accurately.
