摘 要:目的:探讨金钱豹胃和小肠的结构特征及嗜银细胞的分布情况,为动物学和生理学研究及比较解剖学研究提供基础资料.方法:利用生物显微技术和组织化学方法对金钱豹胃和小肠进行了观察研究.结果:金钱豹的胃壁和小肠壁均由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和外膜组成,胃黏膜层较厚;胃腺呈单管状,主要由主细胞、壁细胞、嗜银细胞和黏液细胞组成;胃壁肌层发达,由内环、外纵两层平滑肌组成.小肠黏膜上皮和固有膜突入肠腔形成许多肠绒毛,绒毛内有散在的平滑肌束和丰富的毛细血管,上皮下陷入固有膜中形成管状肠腺,肠腺主要由吸收细胞、杯状细胞、潘氏细胞和嗜银细胞组成;十二指肠黏膜下层中有大量的黏液性腺泡组成的十二指肠腺;小肠肌层内层为环行平滑肌,外层为纵行平滑肌.嗜银细胞在胃和小肠各个部位均有分布,其中空肠部位嗜银细胞分布密度最高;胃体和十二指肠次之;回肠部最低.嗜银细胞的形态多样,有圆形、椭圆形、锥体形等,细胞分布于上皮细胞之间、腺泡上皮细胞之间或固有膜内.结论:金钱豹胃肠的结构特征和嗜银细胞的分布型与胃肠道各部位消化功能及其食性密切相关.Objective: To explore the structural features of alimentary tract and the distribution of argyrophil cells of Pan- thera pardus, and to provide a basis for the study on zoology and physiology. Methods : Microscopy and histoehemical meth- od were used in this study. Results: The wall of the stomach and intestine consisted of four layers. The gastric mucosa was thicker in four layers. The gastric gland showed that the single tubule consisted of four different cells. The muscular layer of gastric wall developed. The mucosal epithelium and lamina propria of intestine protruded into intestinal cavity and formed the intestinal villi, which contained scattered smooth fascicle and where abundant capillary vessel existed. The intestinal epitheli- um extended into the lamina propria and formed tubular intestinal glands constructed by absorptive cells, goblet cells, paneth cells and argyrophil cells. The duodenal glands were rich in the submucosa. The intestinal muscular layer was similar to the muscular layer of gastric wall, consisting of two different smooth muscle layers. Argyrophil cells distributed throughout the stomach and intestine. Their density was the highest in the jejunum, followed by the gastric body and duodenum. The lowest cell density was found in the lieum. Argyrophil cells had different shapes including round, ellipse, shuttlle-like and other shapes. The argyrophil cells distributed between epithelial ceils, between glandular epithelial cells or in the lamina propria. Conclusion : The structural features of the stomach and intestine and the distribution pattern of argyrophil cells may be related to digestive function and feeding habit.
