摘  要:目的: 探讨视觉假体微电极芯片植入视神经的相对安全区,为临床视神经手术提供解剖学依据.方法: 新鲜成人头颅标本经动脉灌注墨汁混合液,解剖观察视神经周围血管后,取球后4~8 mm视神经连续切片,Image 3.0测量神经横断面中各象限血管断面数和血管总面积.结果: 视神经鞘上血管网丰富,血管大致呈前后纵向走行.球后4~8mm段视神经鞘膜的血管网向神经实质内以近似直角的方式发出许多小支,呈向心性走行.视神经内各象限血管断面数和血管总面积无差异,数值呈节段性的波浪式变化.结论: 视神经内微血管分布不存在明显的象限差异.结合周围血管分布,提示在颞上象限植入视觉假体微电极为宜.Objective: To investigate the relatively safe area of implanting vision prosthesis microelectrode into the optic nerve, and to provide anatomic data for operations of the optic nerve. Methods: Frozen adult cadaver heads were infused with intra-arterial mixed liquids of Chinese ink. Blood vessels around optic nerve were dissected and observed. Then optic nerve 4- 8 mm posterior to the eyeball was cut in serial sections. The number and total area of microvasculatures in the 4 quadrants of transverse sections of optic nerve were measured by microscope with Image Advanced 3.0. Results: There were plenty of microvaseulatures which anastomosed each other and run longitudinally and anterior-posteriorly on the optic nerve sheath. Small branches originated from vascular network on the sheath and coursed vertically to the center of the nerve. The number and total area of microvasculature were not significantly different among the vary quadrants, but appeared segmentally waved changes. Conclusion.. There are no differences in the mierovasculature distribution among each quadrant of the optic nerve. Combined with blood vessels around optic nerve, the results suggest that temporal superior quadrant of optic nerve be of choice if implanting vision prosthesis microelectrode.
