四川地区汉族青年面部器官的对称性分析

摘　　要：目的：对汉族青年人面部对称性进行测量分析,为面部修复重建和美容整形手术提供数据.方法：按＆lt;人体测量方法＆gt;和自定义的测量项目,对四川地区汉族青年人（19～24岁）面部11项测距和3项角度作双侧性测量,并计算双侧均数、差值均数、非对称率.结果：14个测量项目均呈现高度对称性;唇弓内侧嵴长等6项70%～89%的个体差值在1mm以内,耳长和耳宽71%～75%的个体差值在2mm内,口角耳屏距等3项间距78%～88%的个体差值在4mm内,耳 颞角等3项角度68%～93% 的个体差值在4°内.结论：四川地区汉族青年面部两侧器官高度对称,面部间距和角度存在有较大的个体差异.所提供的数据可为临床面部损伤修复、面部重建和美容手术提供参考.Objective： To measure and analyze the facial organ synunetry of teenagers of Han nationality, and to provide data for facial reconstruction and aesthetic and plastic operations. Methods： 11 facial widths and 3 facial angles were measured from teenagers （age, 19-24 years） of Han nationality based on anthropometry and self-defined measuring methods; these data were analyzed by using two-tailed test. The two-tailed means, difference value, and asymmetric percentage were calculated. Results： Highly symmetry was found in all 14 measurements. 70% to 89% of individual differences were less than 1 mm in 6 of 14 measurements such as length of the medial labial arch crista. 71%to 75% of individual differences were less than 2 mm in the measurements of physiognomic ear length and physiognomic ear breadth. 78% to 89% of individual differences were less than 4 mm in the 3 of 14 measurements such as distance between eheilion and tragion. 68% to 93% of individual differences were less than 4 degree in the 3 angel measurements such as auriculotemporal angle. Conclusion： The data indicated that the left side and right side of facial organs of teenagers of Han nationality in Sichuan province were symmetric. Facial findings and angels showed individual differences. Also the data from this research can be utilized as reference for clinic facial reparations, facial reconstruction, and aesthetic and plastic operations.
