摘  要:设计不仅是计算,更重要的是构思,是创新。但最终创新必须具备一定的可计算性,才能成为一种方法,为广大设计者所应用。论文从可计算性角度对计算机辅助创新设计方法研究现状进行综合分析,并从可计算性和系统创新两个角度分析了机械产品概念设计过程建模方法,深入研究一种能够在系统层次实现机械运动系统创新的设计模型-基于变形搭接网络技术的行为结构建模方法。该模型不仅可以表达功能、行为、结构层次的分层次映射结构模型,而且可以描述功能关系、行为关系以及结构关系;同时网络图的可计算特性使得模型具有很好的可计算性,为在行为结构层次进行机构系统计算机辅助创新提供了新的思路;应用实例验证了模型的有效性,并给出了有待解决的若干关键技术。Design is not only calculations, but configurations and creations. However a design theory or method should be calculable in order to be accepted and applied as a general tool for most designers. A novel conceptual design model based on variant-network modeling method is dicussed in this paper to meet both the calculability and the system- atic creativity of conceptual mechanism design. The method has two advantages. The first is that it can describe the functional, behavioral and structural relationships, as well as the mapping procedures as function-behavior-structure which is widely accepted in the field of conceptual nlechanism design. The second is that it can be easily expressed mathematically and be programmed with computer language due to the calculable nature of network modeling method. After illustrating its feasibility by examples, some key technologies are put forward for further research.
