131例鼻咽癌病人头发微量元素的初步分析

摘　　要：[目的]为微量元素在鼻咽癌病人确诊提供参考依据。[方法]泸州医学院化学教研室与附属第一医院肿瘤科的科研合作项目中得到的大量鼻咽癌病人头发微量元素检测结果,对其检测方法和结果进行了整理并初步进行了分析。[结果]鼻咽癌男性病人的镍元素和女性病人的锰、铁、镉、镍均较健康人有较大差异,尤其是锰是健康人的2.4倍。[结论]微量元素可用于鼻咽癌病人诊断的辅助参考。[Objective] To provide a reference for nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed with microelements, for further lay the foundation for the intelligent machines analysis, but also provide a reference for readers. [Methods] Coordinated and preliminarily analyzed the detection methods and results of large number of microelements in hair of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients from the Chemistry Department of Luzhou Medical College and Cancer Branch of First Affiliated Hospital’s cooperation projects. [Results] Nasopharyngeal male patients’ nickel and female patients’ manganese, iron, cadmium, nickel were rather different compared with healthy people’s, especially manganese was 2.4 times of the health people. [Conclusion] The microelements can be used for auxiliary reference of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients’ diagnosis.
