摘　　要：为使学生掌握分子生物学实验的基本技术,全面提高学生的综合素质,根据多年从事林业高校分子生物学实验教学的经验,从教材、教法、时间安排、效果评价及教师队伍建设等实验教学环节进行了改革探索与实践,提高了分子生物学实验教学质量,增强了本科生的创新意识、动手能力及科研能力。To enable students to master the basic molecular biology experimental techniques and improve the overall quality of students, the reformation and exploration of teaching contents and methods, schedules, results evaluation, the construction of teaching resource, and other aspects of experimental teaching were carried out. After the reform and practice, the teaching qualities of molecular biology experiments are improved, the students＇ innovative capacity, practical ability and scientific research capacity are enhanced.
