摘　　要：目的探讨舌下腺囊肿手术方法和术后并发症的原因及其预防。方法对38例舌下腺囊肿手术病例进行回顾分析。结果 37例治愈,1例复发;1例并发颌下腺炎,2例颌下腺导管断裂。结论完全摘除舌下腺是舌下腺囊肿手术治疗的关键,舌下腺囊肿手术可能发生颌下腺炎等并发症。Aim To explore the surgical methods of the sublingual gland cyst and the causes and prevention of its postoperative complication.Methods 38 cases of sublingual gland cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Results 37 cases were cured but 1 case relapsed postoperatively.1 case complicated by submandibular gland inflammation and 2 cases were complicated by submandibular gland duct rupture.Conclusion Removing sublingual gland completely is the juncture of surgical treatment to sublingual gland cyst.The surgical treatment of the sublingual gland cyst may complic submandibular gland inflammation.
