摘 要:目的探讨利用计算机图像处理技术重建牙体三维数字化模型的实验方法。方法环氧树脂包埋离体恒牙,利用小型的数控加工设备,以0.3mm的层厚逐层铣削包埋的牙体试件,可以在断面上分辨牙釉质、牙本质以及髓腔的解剖形态,使用分辨率为600万像素的单镜头反光相机,以1∶1的放大比率对每层试样的铣削断面进行数据采集,对获取的图像进行颜色和大小的变换以及标配,在Mimics10.01医学影像处理软件平台上处理标配后的图像,自动识别各层牙体组织结构的边界,然后进行恒牙的三维重建。结果获得了恒牙切面的数据集,在Mimics软件平台上完成了恒牙的三维数字化模型的建立。结论层析法是获取牙体解剖结构数据的有效手段,获取的数据可以用来重建牙体的三维数字化模型。Objective To present a digital anatomical data base and set up the 3-D digital model of the permanent teeth.Methods The extracted human permanent teeth were embeded with epoxy resin and serially sectioned at 0.3 mm with a small numerically controlled milling machine.Digital images of the surfaces of each block were recorded with a 6 million pixel digital single-lens reflex camera.The tooth structure of enamel,dentin as well as the pulp chamber could be distinguished on each section.After color correction and elimination of image size variation,the digital images were standardized.Based on the software platform of Mimics,the boundary of each histology structure of tooth on the sectioned surface was recognized and marked automatically,and then the 3-D digital permanent tooth model were consequently reconstructed.Results The study presented a digital anatomical data pool of permanent teeth and the 3-D model of permanent tooth was set up.Conclusions The technique of section is a practical method for the data acquisition of tooth anatomical structure,and the data could be used to reconstruct a digital model of tooth.
