腮腺术后负压引流和橡皮条引流的相关研究

摘　　要：目的对比分析腮腺术后负压引流与橡皮条引流的临床效果,探讨与腮腺术后涎瘘相关的临床因素。方法将需手术治疗的腮腺疾病患者共180例,随机分为橡皮条引流组(96例)和负压引流组(84例),比较不同引流方式对腮腺术后涎瘘发生的影响。结果利用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析,腮腺术后涎瘘发生率为5.56%。负压引流组的涎瘘发生率2.38%,橡皮条引流组为8.33%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论负压引流结合弹性加压包扎可以减少腮腺术后涎瘘的发生,但与橡皮条引流组无明显差异。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of negative pressure drainage and rubber band drainage after parotidectomy, and to investigate the clinical factors related to the salivary fistula after parotidectomy. Methods 180 patients received parotid surgery were divided randomly into two groups： rubber band drainage group （96 example）, negative pressure drainage group （84 example）, the modes of salivary fistula after parotidectomy and its relationship with different patterns of drainage were compared. Results Analysis the datas by SPSS 13.0. And the incidence of salivary fistula after parotid surgery is 5.56%. The incidence of salivary fistula were 2.38% and 8.33% in the negative pressure drainage group and rubber band drainage group respectively, and there were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Negative pressure drainage combined with elastic pressure dressing can reduce the incidence of salivary fistula as well as that of the rubber band drainage.
