摘　　要：办学机制决定和制约着人才培养模式,高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的创新与实施需要适宜的办学机制作为保障,方能有效实施。当前高等职业教育办学机制创新战略应立足区域经济发展环境,以校企合作为核心,保障实施工学结合人才培养模式,从而为全面提升高等职业教育人才培养质量服务。Education mechanism determines the personnel training mode. The innovation and practice of workintegrated learning training pattern in higher vocational education should adapt to supporting education mechanism. Nowadays, the innovative vocational education should depend on local economic development, and takes the cooperation of colleges and enterprises as its core to make the work-integrated learning training pattern become true. This will upgrade the quality of vocational college personnel training.
