论科学发展观对毛泽东统筹兼顾思想的发展

摘　　要：统筹兼顾思想是毛泽东领导经济建设的一贯思想。科学发展观是新一代党的领导集体研究新情况、解决新问题提出的创新理论成果,其根本方法也是统筹兼顾。它从理论定位、理论形态和理论内涵三个方面继承并发展了毛泽东统筹兼顾思想。比较研究毛泽东统筹兼顾思想和以统筹兼顾为根本方法的科学发展观,对在新的历史条件下继续坚持统筹兼顾方针、全面贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会具有重要的指导意义。Overall perspective is the consistent thought of economic development led by Mao Zedong.Scientific Outlook on Development is the innovative theories proposed by the new generation of party leadership in studying new situations,solving new issues,the basic approach of which is still overall perspective.It is the inheritance and development of the overall perspective thought of Mao Zedong from three aspects：theoretical orientation,theoretical form and theoretical content.It has important guiding significance to continue to uphold the holistic approach,fully implement the scientific concept of development,build a harmonious society by comparison of the overall perspective thought of Mao Zedong and the approach to the fundamental concept of scientific outlook on development in the new historical conditions.
