摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于开发相继增压控制仪的信号模拟器,详细描述了其主要功能以及软硬件设计方案.硬件设计主要以ATmega128单片机为核心部件,系统地集成了碟阀模拟模块、转速模拟模块和压力模拟模块等.软件主要包括数据采集程序、转速采集程序和自动控制程序等.试验结果表明,该模拟器较好地解决了相继增压控制仪在开发过程中的模拟信号输入问题.A kind of signal simulation generator was introduced in this paper,which is suitable for the development of a the sequentially turbocharged control system of a diesel.Its basic function and software and hardware design were presented.It is mainly composed of ATmega128 single chip,and integrates the butterfly valve simulation module,speed simulation module and pressure simulation module,etc.The software includes data acquisition programme,rotating speed acquisition programme,automatic control programme,etc.The experimental results indicated that the signal simulation generator better solved the problem of simulation signal input during the development process of a diesel＇s sequentially turbocharged control system.
