胸腺肽α_1治疗老年晚期恶性肿瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察胸腺肽α1治疗老年晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效、不良反应及患者细胞免疫功能变化。方法 60例老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例,予常规对症支持治疗。治疗组30例,常规对症支持治疗同时加用胸腺肽α1治疗。于治疗前、疗程结束后对患者生活质量进行KPS评分,并检测T细胞亚群(CD4、CD8)及NK细胞百分率。随访2年后分析两组生存期。结果与对照组比较,治疗组生活质量评分明显提高,生存期明显延长。与治疗前比较,治疗组T细胞亚群(CD4、CD8)及NK细胞百分率明显提高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组T细胞亚群(CD4、CD8)及NK细胞百分率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α治疗老年晚期恶性肿瘤临床疗效好,副作用小,并能提高患者细胞免疫功能,有一定临床应用价值。Objective To observe the curative effect, the side effect of thymosin α1 in treating the senile patients with advanced malignant cancer and the cellular immunity changes of the patients. Methods 60 senile patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group, 30 in each ; symptomatic supportive treatment was performed to the patients in both groups while thymosinα1 was added to the patients in observation group ; KPS score was applied in evaluating the life quality of the patients before and after treatment; and the T cell subsets and the percentage of NK cells were detected; the survival times in both groups were followed up for 2 years. Results The life quality scores and the survival times of the patients in observation group were much higher and much longer than those of the patients in control group ; after treatment, the T cell subsets and the percentage of NK ceils of the patients in observation group increased much more than those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and they raised much more than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Thymosinα1 is of good clinical curative effect and less side effect in treating senile patients with advanced cancer, it can promote the cellular immunity of the patients; it is worthy of clinical application.
