摘　　要：采用新兴的科学知识图谱方法和信息可视化技术,追踪法学研究国际前沿热点、确定法学研究核心文献与权威法学家,对我国法学研究和法治国家建设具有重要指导意义。分析结果显示,法律经济分析是近十年来法学研究国际前沿的一个重要热点领域,同时波斯纳成为被引频次最高的权威法学家。法学研究的核心文献主要分布于《哈佛大学法律评论》期刊中。Using the methodology of mapping of science and information visualization,tracing the hotspots of international frontiers of law studies,confirming the core documents and authoritative jurists of law studies has much instructive significance on improving China＇s law studies and constructing country ruled by law.The results showed that legal economic analysis has become an important hotspot of law studies in the latest decade international,and at the same time,Posnar has become the most authoritative jurist highly cited.The core documents of law studies mainly distributed in the journal of Harvard Law Review.
