摘 要:目的:观察矿物三氧化聚合体(MTA)以及光固化玻璃离子(LGIC)修复髓室底穿孔的临床疗效。方法:选择髓室底穿孔病例79例,患牙86个,随机分为两组,实验组用MTA修复穿孔,对照组用LGIC修复穿孔,1年后观察疗效。结果:实验组成功率为83.7%,进步率为14.0%,失败率2.3%;对照组成功率62.8%,进步率23.2%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其疗效与穿孔直径密切相关,与穿孔原因关系不明显。结论:MTA是一种优秀的髓室底穿孔修复材料。Objective To observe the clinical effects of repairing the perforation of floor of pulp chamber with MTA and light-cured glass ionomer cement.Method For 86 teeth of perforating of floor of pulp chamber from 79 cases were grouped randomly into two groups.Experimental group was treated with MTA,the other was treated with light cured glass ionomer cement as control.The effect was obtained 1 year after operation.Results Successful rate in experimental group was 83.7% and the advancement rate was 14.0%,which was significantly different from control group(successful rate was 62.8%,advancement rate was 23.2%,P0.05).The clinical effect was closely related with the diameter of perforation,and no obvious relationship with cause of perforation.Conclusion MTA is a good material to repair performation of floor of pulp chamber.
