摘  要:以栀子为原料,研究微波-表面活性剂协同提取栀子黄色素,确定十二醇硫酸酯钠盐(K12)为栀子黄色素提取的最佳表面活性剂,通过正交试验确定最佳协同提取条件为:微波功率为420W,提取时间为90s,十二醇硫酸酯钠溶液浓度为0.05%,提取料液比为1∶20(g/mL)。对比试验结果表明,采用该法栀子黄色素的提取率比仅用微波法提高了10.2%。A procedure to extract the yellow nature pigment from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis wes diecussed.The optimum conditions for extraction of the pigment were established as follows:K12 was the approprate surfactant for extraction and its suitable consistency was about 0.05%,the extracted power was 420 W,the time was 90 seconds and the extracted solvent was 1:20(g/mL).Combining microwave-assistant technology with dissolution character of surfactants,the extractive proportion of the pigment was 10.2% higher than only using the microwave-assistant technology.
