摘 要:以天然沸石为对照,在探讨天然沸石负载氧化镁对养猪场废水中磷素净化效果的基础上,分析了天然沸石负载氧化镁对养猪场废水中磷素的净化机制。结果表明:天然沸石负载氧化镁对养猪场废水中磷素的去除率可以高达96.8%,比单独天然沸石处理高出38.5%。与天然沸石相比,天然沸石负载氧化镁对磷素的去除机制主要是化学吸附(沉淀),通过化学吸附(沉淀)去除的磷占全部去除磷素的比重为97.7%~97.9%,而天然沸石对养猪场废水中磷素的净化机制主要是静电吸附和表面吸附,其中表面吸附机制去除的磷占全部去除磷素的35.4%~45.1%,专性吸附机制去除的磷素占44.5%~50.2%。Many of lab-scale experiments had showed that zeolite loaded magnesia was one kind of potential absorbent,which could be used for wastewater treatment.Effect of removal efficiency and mechanism of zeolite loaded magnesia on phosphorus from the hoggery wasterwater were studied in this paper.The major results were summarized as followed: the removal efficiency of zeolite loaded magnesia on phosphorus could be as high as 96.8%,which was higher 38.5% than the control treatment(natural zeolite).The result also showed that the main removal mechanisms of natural zeolite before and after loaded magnesia for phosphorus were different.Before loaded magnesia,specific adsorption and surface adsorption were the mainly mechanisms for natural zeolite removal phosphous.Surface adsorption could removal of 35.4%-45.1% phosphorous from the wastewater,while the removal efficiency for the specific adsorption was 44.5%-50.2%.After loaded magnesia,the main mechanism for removal of phosphorous was only chemistry adsorption(precipitation),which could removal of 97.7%-97.9% phosphorous from the wastewater.
