摘　　要：本文通过对高校馆员的素质现状进行分析,阐述了当今高校馆员应具备的素质,并参考国外高校图书馆馆员素质教育模式,探讨了我国高校图书馆员素质教育的模式及途径。Through analyzing the current situation of university librarians＇ quality, this paper elaborated the quality that modern librarians should have. In addition, it also discussed the model and means of librarians＇ quality education in China with the use of foreign successful model.
