摘  要:目的探讨MR弥散加权成像(DWI)对CO中毒迟发脑病的诊断价值,并尝试寻找一种能判断CO中毒迟发脑病严重程度的指标。方法将44例CO中毒患者分为2组,一组为单纯CO中毒未并发迟发脑病组(ACOP),另一组为一氧化碳中毒并发迟发脑病组(DEACMP)。对ACOP患者及DEACMP患者中毒急性期、ACOP恢复期及DEACMP发病10d后行DWI扫描,并测量大脑半卵圆中心ADC值,进行对比研究。结果 20例DEACMP患者双侧大脑半卵圆中心于中毒急性期及迟发脑病发病后均出现ADC值不同程度下降,各测量点均值与单纯ACOP患者比较具差异有统计学意义。结论 DWI在CO中毒迟发脑病中有重要的诊断价值,可估计预后。Objective To probe the diagnosis value of MR diffusion Weighted imaging(DWI) in clelayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP), and attempt to find a marker which can determine the severity of the disease of delayed encephalopathy. Methods In the CO poisoning group and delayed encephalopathy group, DWI scans were applied to observe the cerebral damage, and ADC values were measured. The data of two groups were compared. Results The ADC val- ues in semi-oval centers of 20 cases of patients with DEACMP decreased, and compared with patients with ACOP it was statistically significant. Conclusion DWI has important diagnostic value and can estimate the prognosis in DEACMP.
