摘　　要：目的研究原发性脑干出血内科保守治疗的预后评估。方法回顾性分析75例经CT或MRI检查诊断脑干出血的临床和影像学资料。结果首次CT检查诊断脑干出血69例,余6例经MRI检查明确诊断。临床内科治疗治愈14例,好转32例,死亡29例。结论脑干出血的预后与多种因素有关,病死率与出血量密切相关,同时临床表现和并发症是脑干出血死亡的危险因素,应积极预防和治疗。Objective To analyze the prognosis of conservative treatment of primary hrainstem hemorrhage. Methods Seventy-five cases were analyzed on clinical and imaging data. Results Sixty-nine patients were diagnosed through CT, and other six patients were diagnosed through MRI. Fourteen patients were cured, 32 patients were improved, 29 patients died. Conclusion The prognosis of primary brainstem hemorrhage is related with many factors, the mortality is closely related with the volume of hemorrhage, clinical features and complications are risk factors of the death of brainstem hemorrhage.
