摘　　要：痰瘀交阻与许多疑难重病有着密切的关系。阳气之失于条达畅通是痰瘀同病发生和发展的关键机制之一。通阳法不失为除化痰、活血之外治疗痰瘀同病的又一切入点。The coexistence of phlegm and blood stasis was closely related to many serious illness.The obstructed Yang Qi was one of the key mechanisms of the simultaneous occurrence and development of phlegm and blood stasis.Activating yang may be a good new entry point for treating coexistence of phlegm and blood stasis besides invigorating the circulation of blood and reducing phlegm.
