摘 要:目前国内去除气门热处理后氧化膜的方法是喷丸,该方法缺点是表面粗糙、容易产生微裂纹。采用化学抛光与机械抛光同步进行的新工艺,可以有效地去除气门热处理后的氧化膜,不会产生微裂纹,还可对气门表面进行抛光。同时研究了抛光液配方及使用温度对抛光效果的影响、设计了与抛光液配合使用的同步抛光装置。该气门抛光新工艺已成功应用于生产中。The shot peening process is normally chosen to remove the oxide film on air valve surface after heat treatment in our country.However,the disadvantages of this method are the rough surface and the microcracks in the valve surface caused by shot peening effect.In this paper,a new processing technique with combining chemical polishing and mechanical polishing methods is applied.By using this technique,the air valve surface could be polished easily,and the oxide film on air valve surface could be effectively removed,and no microcracks were created.Finally,the effect of formula composition and temperature on the polishing quality was investigated,and then the cooperated polishing device was designed.And now this new processing technique is successfully employed in the practical production.
