摘　　要：目的为武汉市儿童预防接种信息管理系统平台的建设提供参考方案。方法对武汉市CIIMS的现况进行调查与分析。结果武汉市CIIMS平台的建设,实现了数据共享,解决了流动儿童异地接种问题,可提供及时的短息预约服务,满足百姓的网络查询与咨询,实现了在线互动服务,扩大了国家CIIMS系统的功能;能为各级免疫预防专业人员提供一个在线交流与培训的平台,提高了工作效率;同时为管理者提供了一个方便、及时、准确的数据查询平台,为科学制定免疫预防策略提供了科学依据。结论提出市级CIIMS平台建设的模式,并探讨其进一步发展设想。Objective To propose a program for the Childhood Immunization Information Management System by internet in cities.Methods To investigate and analyze the present information management in childhood immunity inoculability in Wuhan based on the system analysis method.Results The conception model for the information management of case information for childhood immunization by internet in cities was established.Conclusions Through systematic analysis,the construction of Wuhan CIIMS platform will be able to provide timely notice and immunization information,data can be shared,＂fluctuation children＂ may receive better service of vaccination,the managerial and immunization workers will have on-line exchange and remote training activity.On the ground of this convenient,timely and accurate system,scientific evidence may be offered for establishing immunization strategy efficiently.
