我国民族民间体育产业化政策体系构建的前瞻思考

摘　　要：构建我国民族民间体育产业化政策体系的逻辑起点在于：政府有责任承担公共责任与弥补“市场失灵”缺陷,促进优秀民族民间文化的现代传承与发展。其政策体系的构建是贯彻国家民族文化等相关政策,补充完善我国现有体育产业政策体系的体现,有利于促进我国产业结构优化与提高文化软实力。我国民族民间体育产业化政策体系构建包括民族民间体育的产业化发展政策产业化结构政策;产业化组织政策;产业化布局政策。最后还需加强和形成民族民间体育产业化政策调节机制。The reason for the policy system construction of Chinese national civil sports industrialization is that the government is liable for shouldering public responsibilities,remedying market malfunction and promoting the modern inheritance and development of excellent national civil culture.The policy system construction manifests carrying out relevant policies of national culture and cultural industry and perfecting current sports industry policy system.It is helpful in promoting the optimization of Chinese industrial structure and improving cultural soft strength.Its contents include the policy for the development,structure,organization,layout and regulation of national civil sports industry.
