企业集团预算管理研究述评及合作网络视角的引入

摘　　要：通过对企业集团预算管理理论演进与发展历程的系统梳理,指出现有研究的不足,并提出合作网络理念的引入将为企业集团预算管理研究提供一个全新的视角。企业集团由层级结构向合作网络的转变,迫切需要与之匹配的预算管理模式创新,从而更好地实现集团整体利益最大化的战略目标。Based on analyzing the theory evolution and practice development of enterprise group budget, the paper points out the defects of existing studies, and proposes the introduction of collaborative networks would provide a new perspective for enterprise group budget management research. The change from hierarchical to collaborative networks of enterprise group structure would urgently need budget management innovation, in order to achieve the enterprise group＇ s overall strategic object of maximizing benefits.
