腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术并发症及处理相关文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的常见并发症及处理方法。方法:检索中国知网(China national knowledge in-frastructure,CNKI)数据库相关文献,总结国内2003年1月至2009年9月开展的腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术围手术期常见并发症及处理方法。结果:国内报道相关文献31篇,报告病例329例,常见并发症依次为性功能障碍、尿失禁、切缘阳性、尿外渗。结论:充分的术前准备、熟练的手术操作技术、适当的手术器械及细致的术后观察、及时处理,能有效防止和减少并发症的发生。Objective：To evaluate the common complications and their treatment in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods：From Jan.2003 to Sep.2009,related articles of the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were searched in China national knowledge infrastructure（CNKI） database,perioperative complications and their treatment were summarized.Results：The reports of the related literature articles were 31 with 329 cases.The common complications were sexual dysfunction,urinary incontinence,positive surgical margin and urinary extravasation.Conclusions：The adequate preoperative preparation,skilled operative techniques,appropriate surgical equipment,meticulous postoperative observation and timely treatment can effectively prevent and reduce surgical complications.
