摘　　要：和谐校园建设是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,和谐校园建设对和谐社会的建设起到关键性的作用。学生管理工作是建设和谐校园的重要举措,若将管理心理学的激励理论引入学生管理工作,可以在理论和实践上丰富管理的内容和形式,进而提高工作效率,对于和谐校园建设具有重要意义。The construction of harmonious campus could be considered as a crucial part of building a harmoni-ous society.The introduction of motivation theory concerning management psychology into the management of uni-versity students could enrich the management content and style both in theory and practice;moreover,it would im-prove the working effect and harmonious campus building.This paper would investigate the methods of applying the motivation theory to the management of university students＇ accommodation via the motivation theory including equi-ty theory,need theory and expectancy theory.
