摘　　要：思想政治理论课是高校思想政治教育的主渠道,其教学效果直接影响着高校思想政治教育的总体效果。医学院校的大学生群体有着特殊的学科背景与思维特征,提倡"一个把握"与"四个突破"相结合,可以提升医学院校思想政治理论课的实际教学效果。The course of ideological and political theory is the main channel of ideological and political educa-tion in university.Its teaching effect is directly influences the effect of ideological and political education.Medical college students have special academic background and thinking characteristics,therefore,it should make four breakthroughs with a combination of grasping in order to enhance the teaching effect of political theory in medical college.
