摘　　要：设计并实现了5mm（U频段）单刀双掷（Single Pole Double Throw，SPDT）开关模块。该开关模块采用鳍线并联PIN二极管电路结构形式，通过采用一种全新的高隔离度措施，获得高隔离、低插损开关特性。经加工测试，开关模块在50～56GHz频带内隔离度大于50dB，插损小于2．3dB。该模块已应用于5mm射频组件中。In this paper, a 5mm （U- band） SPDT （Single- Pole Double- Throw） switch module is designed and realized. Finline circuit and shunt PIN diodes are adopted. By taking a novel effective method, the performance of low insertion loss and high isolation is obtained. Finally, this switch module is fabricated and measured. In 50 - 56 GHz bandwidth, the insertion loss is less than 2.3 dB and isolation is more than 50 dB. This switch module has been applied in 5mm- RF modules.
