摘　　要：在短篇小说《一则新闻》中,美国作家尤多拉.韦尔蒂采用一系列的叙事手法使全文充斥着不确定性和未知点。通过深入剖析作者的叙事策略,读者的解读潜能得以拓展,在阅读中自觉为文本建构多层意义,从而体会叙事结构中强烈反差的艺术效果。In the short story A Piece of News, American writer Eudora Welty employed several narrative methods, which enhanced the text with uncertainty and unpredictability. Through the deep analysis of the writer＇s narrative strategies, readers＇ interpretative abilities have been developed. By careful study, readers reconstructed the multi-meanings for the text consciously. In this way, they have a better understanding of the artistic effect of the strong comparison hidden in the narrative structure.
