咳嗽的艾灸治疗特点分析

摘　　要：运用计算机对130种古医籍中用艾灸治疗咳嗽的内容进行统计,结果显示,多灸膀胱经穴、督脉穴、任脉穴、胃经穴、肝经穴和肺经穴;多灸上背部穴与胸脘部穴,还灸小腹部穴及足三里;对于寒、风、痰、虚、热诸咳,均灸膏肓俞、风门、肺俞、天突,痰咳又取胃经穴,虚咳又取小腹部穴;除采用普通灸法外,还可采用"太乙神针"、"炼脐"、灸舌、熨法等方法。Moxibustion treatment for cough in 130 kinds of ancient books was analyzed using a computer.The results show that moxibustion was often performed on points of the bladder meridian,the Du meridian,the Ren meridian,the stomach meridian,the liver meridian and the lung meridian and on upper back and thoracicoabdominal points.It was also down on hypogastric points and Zusanli（ST 36）.For cold,wind,phlegm,deficiency-type or heat cough,moxibustion was performed on Gaohuangshu（BL 43）,Fengmen（BL 12）,Feishu（BL 13） and Tiantu（CV 22）.For phlegm cough,points of the stomach meridian were selected additionally and for cough of deficiency type,hypogastric points additionally.Taiyi moxa stick moxibustion,moxibustion on umbilicus,tongue moxibustion and hot medicinal compress were used besides general moxibustion.
