摘 要:在仅知7个二冲程内燃机参数的情况下,给出了一种程式化封闭求解缸体气口主要参数的方法。考虑到设计初始阶段已知参数不足,利用经验公式求解气口比时面值的近似值,利用对数校直法实现了由气口比时面值到配气相位角的近似值求解,进而求解出气口高度和气口宽度等参数,再根据系数计算法和对数校直法分别求解出气口比时面值和配气相位角的精确值,通过计算气口比时面值和配气相位角的近似值与精确值之间的相对误差来进行误差分析。通过设计示例表明,此方法准确有效,满足二冲程内燃机设计的精度要求。A method for getting closed form solution of side-port key parameters is presented,based on seven parameters of two-stroke engine are known.Taking into account the known parameters of the initial stage of design are deficient,empirical formula is applied to solve the approximation of specific time-area value of side-port,the approximate formula is deducted for calculating port timing angle from specific time-area value of side-ports by using logarithmic alignment method.Thereby heights and widths of side-ports can be solved,and then the precise values of specific time-area value and port timing angle are solved by using the coefficient calculation method and logarithmic alignment method respectively.Error analysis is done by calculating the relative error between approximation and precise values of specific time-area value and port timing angle.Design examples show that this method is accurate and effective,and it meets the accuracy requirements of two-stroke engine designing.
