摘　　要：文章运用描述性研究方法,分析了"天人合一"思想在《唐律疏议》中的表现,发现其对立法指导思想、司法活动、立法诸方面都有影响。Using descriptive research approach, the paper analyzes the performance of harmony between man and nature in Tan gLuShuYi, find on having effect to the legislation principle, judicial activities, all aspects of legislation.
