《劳动合同法》实施后东莞个体工商户劳动用工规范化探析

摘　　要：《劳动合同法》实施两年多后,东莞众多个体工商户的劳动用工行为仍相当不规范。文章从劳动用工的角度出发,就《劳动合同法》的相关规定阐述该法对东莞个体工商户劳动用工规范化的要求,并对东莞部分个体工商户进行实地考察,以分析《劳动合同法》实施后东莞个体工商户劳动用工方面存在的问题,并为东莞个体工商户实现劳动用工规范化提供相关建议。Even though the Labor Contract Law has been carried out for more than two years,there are still so many Individual businesses in Dongguan at present that their employment can＇t reach the demand of the Labor Contract Law.By Using the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law from the demand of the labor and employment,this paper elaborates on the demand for the standardization labor employment of the individual businesses in Dongguan,and makes site surveys of some of individual businesses,analyzing some problems in labor and employment,and putting forward some suggestions to the standardization of labor and employment.
